About Us

Ms. Ernzen was formerly an Assistant Regional Counsel with the Federal Government from 1982-1994. In that role, she represented the Social Security Administration (SSA) regarding their decisions on social security disability claims. Specifically, she either defended SSA in federal court or advised SSA when a decision was indefensible. She was also involved in providing training to the area Administrative Law Judges. In 1994, she began representing private citizens in their claims for disability benefits from SSA. Her practice is limited exclusively to representing disability claimants.

Mr. Arehart was a Public Defender for the City of Olathe, KS. He has over 20 years of trial experience and has been in private practice now since 1982.
